In the Dales, there's a special operation under way to crack down on motorists flouting the law, including motorcyclists riding without tax or insurance, and speeding. A biker takes a tumble down a steep embankment after losing control on a bend, somehow miraculously escaping serious injury. Jamie Theakston presents.
